Controllers, drives, sensors, relays, modules and boards for automation and process control. Quantities are usually small to medium, quoted against a manufacturer part number.

Diesel and gas engines, generator sets, and their assemblies and service kits. Enquiries name a specific model and, where relevant, the serial range.

Ball and gate valves, actuators, centrifugal and dosing pumps, cylinders, hoses and fittings. Pressure rating, connection and material are stated in the enquiry.

You receive an enquiry with part numbers, quantities and the delivery point. Nothing else is needed from you at this stage.

We confirm in writing that your quotation arrived, and tell you when a decision is expected.

If our customer accepts your quotation we issue a written order and pay by bank transfer — prepayment in full unless we agree otherwise.

You ship EXW from your works, or hand the goods to a forwarder we nominate. Export documents are agreed before dispatch.
